Privacy policy

Laborotech Ltd is committed to your privacy rights and has designed this web site and Nomad to have minimal requirements to store any data about its visitors and users.

Log file policy

We issue a unique license number to all Nomad licenses. We record "event" usage against this license number, but do not collect names or telephone numbers so cannot identify individual users. We do this to monitor and tune performance, and to measure popularity.

Application version policy

We may record the version of the application downloaded to your license number. We will use this information to notify you via Nomad of any subsequent amendment.

Type of phone policy

During download, we may record the type of your phone. We do this to ensure that a compatible version of the application software is sent to you.

Timetable version policy

We may record your chosen timetables together with version information. We will use this information to notify you via Nomad of any subsequent amendment.

Law enforcement policy

We will not attempt to identify users or their download activities except in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect our records. Note that we may conduct security audits to identify unusual download and installation patterns.

Business analysis policy

We may conduct business analysis to determine usage, etc. By intention and design, no personal information will be included in the results.
